1959 Chevy Apache Ice Cream truck.
Looking for a vehicle that no one else will have, and want to make some money to boot? Have a product that you want to market? Need a vehicle that will make a statement, look no further, this is the truck for you.
This 1959 Chevy Apache ice cream truck is the best of the old, and reliability of new. It has a fresh 350 V8 motor (with headers) and transmission, with just over 1000 miles on them. Power steering, and Automatic transmission, make this a easy truck to drive.
This truck was completely restored, with all new drive components, but keeps the great west coast ice cream truck look. I don’t know much history on this truck, but I did add the vinyl graphics of the Good Humor Truck, I was assume it was part of the West coast Good Humor fleet, but can not verify that. I also added a classic set of Bevin Bros. Bells to add to the look of this truck.
The updated refrigeration system is a cold plate system, plug it into 220 at night, and it will get down to -30 (I have had it that cold) and keep your ice cream of other frozen product cold all day. Want to promote a chilled product, unplug it when it hits 32, and it will keep all your items cold for days.
This truck is very rare, very few 50’s style ice cream truck are know to exist, don’t let this one get away if your looking for a one of a kind truck. This truck will comfortably fit in you garage at your house. $50,000.00
